For our clients, an international manufacturer/concert in the field of automation technology, we are currently looking for a:n team leader:in development in the Nuremberg area. The main tasks in this responsible role are the team management of the R&D team and the coordination of development projects in the field of industrial automation technology in close cooperation with internal and external partners.

Development and development of automation solutions focusing on connected industrial 4.0 applications Analysis of technical requirements and development of innovative concepts for control and communication systems Integration and further development of fieldbus systems to increase efficiency and better networking of industrial processes Implementation of feasibility studies and evaluation of new technologies to optimise existing systems Development of standard and series products taking into account technical and economic aspects Creation of technical documentation and definition of product specifications Continuous market and technology research to identify future developments early and integrate them into new projects

Completed studies in mechatronics, electrical engineering or a related technical field Finded knowledge of automation, ideally with experience in simulation or system analysis holistic technical understanding beyond individual components – the willingness to work on application-related topics is required Basic knowledge of programming (e.g. C, codesys) are advantageous, first contact points are sufficient Ideally experience in feeding or handling technology Analytical thinking, independent and solution-oriented working and team skills. Openness for exchange with different disciplines and a structured approach to complex problems Good knowledge of German and English
