You support the IT leaders in the operational and strategic management of the entire IT and gradually assume leadership responsibility. You plan and accompany IT infrastructure, digitalization, AI and software projects and ensure a secure and stable IT operation. Together with the management, You continuously develop the IT landscape and drive the digitalization of the company. You coordinate cooperation with internal departments and external IT service providers and ensure compliance with IT security and data protection standards.

Complete study of computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience. Multiannual experience in the IT field as well as multiannual leadership experience with a strong interest in a management function. Experience in construction and BWL knowledge is desirable. Funded knowledge in the fields of ERP, IT infrastructure, networks, system architecture, IT security and project management as well as specific knowledge in the Business Central/Nevaris environment. Strategic thinking, entrepreneurship and high communication and organizational strength. Impressed leadership, decision-making and change skills as well as a high degree of loyalty and responsibility.
