The function bears the overall responsibility for the reliable, regular and timely creation of the Bank's individual and consolidated financial statements. It ensures the quality and integrity of financial information and thus ensures transparency to internal decision-makers, supervisory bodies and external auditors. The function provides the basis for a sound management of the Group, strengthens the confidence of stakeholders and supports compliance with all regulatory requirements. In addition, it is driving forward the continuous development of the processes and systems in corporate accounting to ensure efficiency, quality and sustainability. In this task you take: General responsibility for the Accounting & Reporting Department (Direction, Control, Development) Creation and quality assurance of the individual financial statements and supervision of the consolidated financial statements Responsibility and coordination of supervisory reporting Coordination with participation management and external auditors Continuous optimization of processes, systems and governance in corporate accounting Leadership, development and promotion of employees in the team

This is ideally brought with you: Multiannual experience in banking accounting with detectable leadership responsibility Completed economic studies or comparable qualifications (e.g. balance sheet book holder*in) Funded knowledge of consolidated accounting, regulatory reporting and IFRS/Banking regulations Very good analytical skills, high results and quality requirements Impressed communication skills, empathy and leadership skills Structured, independent and predictive mode of operation; Conflict Focus on accuracy, process efficiency and risk awareness Team orientation, service-oriented attitude and willingness to further develop
