Become part of CHEFS CULINAR and support us in Ludwigsfelde as Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) / Sales Department with focus on batch processing in full time (39.0 hours/ week)

Your tasks

• As a service- and service-oriented personality, it is effortless to ensure a trusted customer advice in the area of misuse processing by always recognizing the individual needs of the customers and offering professional solutions.
• You are instrumental in supporting our team both in the telephone and in the written processing of incorrect quantities, ensuring both a high degree of precision and efficient operation.
• You encourage close and cooperative cooperation with your colleagues from all areas to optimally coordinate internal processes and thus ensure a smooth working process.
• You work pre-arranging in late shift until at least 22 o'clock.

Your profile

• You have a successfully completed training in the field of gastronomy or a commercial training.
• You are not an early riser and are more productive in the evening hours.
• Ideally, you have already gained first professional experience and know yourself well with food.
• Your talent in sales and your experience in advising spare parts will help you competently and targetedly advise customers.
• You are safe in dealing with the current Windows applications and can use your computer skills well in everyday work.
• Your good communication skills and team spirit ensure a pleasant and productive working atmosphere.
• Foreign language skills would be an advantage to work even more successfully in international situations.
