Your tasks:

• implementation of measures of outpatient youth assistance under FLS (SPFH and educational assistance)
• Work with the target agreements of the aid plan
• Participate in help schedule calls or further discussions with the relevant ASD, network partners etc.
• Implementation of case advice and risk assessments in the team
• Crisis intervention
• Participation in service meetings, planning days, supervision and training

Your profile:

• a completed study of social work or comparable qualification and knowledge of SGB VIII
• Responsibility and respectful handling of families, children and young people
• a high degree of independence and good self-organisation
• Communication capability for cooperation with authorities and beneficiaries
• Professional experience from the field of youth assistance
• a professional approach to proximity and distance
• Ready to work with documentation software
• Team skills
• Flexibility
• willingness to work in planning and design issues and regular further education
