Service Technician - Electrical Engineering / Remote Access / Field Operations (m/f/d)

You take over the independent planning and execution of service operations as well as commissioning directly with our customers on site (about 30% travel activity). As a technical contact person, you are responsible for troubleshooting and perform repairs as well as rebuilds on the systems. You are training our customers: in the safe handling of the plants and so you can work smoothly. From the office, you can support our customers: phone, first set up service offers and take care of the procurement of spare parts.

You have a completed training in an electrotechnical profession, for example as an electronic or mechatronic (m/w/d). Ideally, you already bring first professional experience in the technical service or in a similar position. A certification for electrical power is a plus point, but no compelling requirement. You work structured and solution-oriented, have a class B driver's license and bring the necessary readiness to travel. You speak German fluently and can also communicate well in English.
