IT service technicians in on-site support (m/f/d)

You are an enthusiastic service technician (all genders) and are you willing to successfully introduce your skills in IT support and hardware rollouts in full or part time? Then you are right with us! You support IT projects, especially in the implementation of hardware rollouts You ensure smooth operation in a versatile system landscape You analyse 1st and 2nd levels of support (remote and on site) You receive customer requests by phone, e-mail or at customer meetings and process them You build hardware components up and down You carry out workplace and hardware operations You care and update the asset data in the system You keep causing disruptions to downstream support units

You have the pleasure of working independently You are motivated to develop yourself in the IT world Ideally you have experiences in 1st and 2nd level phone support You have basic knowledge of Windows and Office environments You have advanced knowledge regarding standard hardware You are communication and team capable You have good German skills in word and writing (at least C1 level)
