In basic training, you will learn the basics of material processing – all about turning, milling, drilling, cutting and working on machine tools. You wait and repair our machine equipment and make sure that the machines, manufacturing and operating systems work properly. Components and assemblies such as pumps, compressors, turbines, motors and gearboxes are ready and mounted. You weld and solder sheets, pipes and profile materials. During your training you continue to qualify in pneumatics and control technology. You will learn to find the error quickly in case of problems during operation and to carry out the necessary repairs professionally.

You have a first general school degree or middle school degree with good grades, especially in the scientific subjects. Technical and machine-controlled processes and the latest computer technology interest you. Good technical understanding, craftsmanship and good spatial imagination are of advantage. You are communicative and want to work in the team, you do your activities precisely and organized. Work at high altitudes is not a problem for you, because you are physically fit and dizzy-free.
