Insurance and Financial Investments Clerk - Internal Sales / Existing Customers / Part-Time (m/f/d)

You enter and optimise the insurance contracts of our private and commercial customers You accompany our customers in the event of damage – from damages to successful regulation You are comparing different insurance companies' tariffs and creating tailor-made offers as well as sound decision recommendations You conduct the correspondence with customers and insurance companies independently and professionally You'll update our customer data in the VEMA broker management program

You have a completed training as a merchant for insurance and financial investments (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Ideally, you have already worked in an insurance broker office and know the processes in the broker business You work service-oriented and enjoy personal contact with customers You are characterized by a structured, careful and self-responsive way of working and keeps an overview even in busy times You are sure to go with the most popular MS Office applications (Outlook, Word and Excel). Experiences with a broker management program or comparison software are advantageous
