technical and disciplinary management of the department maintenance with responsibility for approx. 150 employees (directly/via management levels) Implementation and management of employee, assessment, performance and development talks Target derivation and prioritization: Priority, delegate, manage target achievement, quality, appointments and workload Personnel and qualification management: personnel requirements, operational planning, representations, occupation, incorporation, follow-up planning Change/Transformation Responsibility: Organisational Development, Implementation of the Organisational Order, Sustainable Establishment of New Works and Leadership Principles strategic control of building maintenance: Develop and continue to design guidelines for operational safety, maintenance of value, economy, sustainability and life cycle costs Ensure the operator's obligations as well as verification, maintenance and control obligations incl. Organise and document traffic control Portfolio and risk management: transfer building states and portfolio risks into multiannual maintenance programs and action packages; carry out regular reviews Control own or external performance and make policy decisions in complex or risky cases Budget, resource and contract management: define performance requirements, procurement strategies and standards; Control contracts/procurements and monitor contract performance Reporting, decision preparation & committee work: build address-based management and risk reporting, process decision templates/requests, perform representation in negotiations and bodies

completed academic degree (Master/Diplom) or comparable degree, preferably in architecture, civil engineering, utility technology, facility management, real estate management, economic engineering or a comparable discipline As an alternative, state-tested technicians, masters or applicants are eligible for a comparable relevant qualification, provided You have long-standing, proven expertise and leadership experience in the building industry, in technical building management or in building maintenance and have equivalent skills and experience due to their previous activities. multiannual relevant professional experience in technical building management, building maintenance, facility management or in a comparable property-related organisation multi-year leadership experience with responsibility for personnel, budgets, complex portfolios of tasks and change processes
