M&E Supervisor (m/f/d)

We are looking for one/n to strengthen our team at the fastest possible time: Projektmanager (m/w/d) You guide our M&E Planning team and support the implementation of the strategic plans and objectives of the Meetings & Events department as well as the entire Hotel Operations. You always trade in practice, structured and business-oriented to create unforgettable experiences for our guests. Your main tasks: You are responsible for the general organization of the department and for reporting relevant key figures You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of the Event Planning Team Together, it organizes events for 10 to 1,000 people and serves conference and event guests from various industries such as Finance, Pharma, Fashion, Automotive, Consumer Products and Insurance As an event expert, she plans and manages a variety of events: from kick-off events, workshops and trainings to conferences to business symposiums, corporate celebrations and evening events You conduct housekeeping and menu tastings according to the M&E Group Sales Cluster specifications You ensure the satisfaction of our customers and carry out corresponding feedback and quality discussions during and after the events You are responsible for achieving the defined sales and earnings targets You ensure compliance with internal quality standards, processes and services

That's what you bring: Proven experience in the area of meetings and events with pronounced problem solving capabilities. Very good knowledge of German and English. Excellent leadership qualities with a practical approach and a working style, with a good example. Commitment to exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry. Ability to find creative solutions, give advice and recommendations.
