Total responsibility for the 'Network Service' area with the tasks of work preparation, energy plant construction, LWL, network service and building technology Leadership and further development of six experienced teams with a total of approx. 42 employees Control of the maintenance strategy and implementation of construction and renewal measures in the network area Organisation and, if necessary, monitoring the destructive service and the readiness to call Coordination of third-party business projects including Service provider control and compliance with technical standards Takeover of the function of the technical leadership (S1000) Support in the generation of third-party business (e.g. street lighting, LWL construction, operating management of substations) Close and trusting cooperation with the Management Board, the Works Council, the Executives and the employees in all personal questions Participation in investment planning and long-term asset strategy Analysis and optimization of processes in construction, operation and maintenance Creation and maintenance of technical guidelines and operational instructions Management and implementation of special projects such as the introduction of specialist software or the like.
