As HR Consultant, you are the ambassador of our employer brand - value-estimating, reliable, empathic, honest and trusting. Your goal must be to place qualified candidates at attractive companies. In close consultation with our clients, you create professional and personal requirements profiles and then develop a recruitment strategy independently: You're the process driver. As an acquisition professional, you identify target customers in the SMB range and match suitable candidates with the customer's target settings, including ad data. The existing candidate network is your own responsibility and conducts telephone interviews and interviews independently. You start professionally prepared candidate profiles and forward them to our clients.

You have a professional training course (e.g. a personal service businessman or an industrial businessman) or a study (e.g. a business administration).
