An exciting opportunity for motivated and detailed professionals: A production employee (m/w/d) with up to three years of professional experience is requested. The site offers a versatile activity in production where accuracy and efficiency are required.

• Guide production machines and equipment and their monitoring and operation.
• ensure the quality and compliance of production standards.
• Implementation of material tests and documentation of results.
• Support for maintenance and maintenance of machinery and equipment.
• Work according to safety guidelines and hygiene standards.
• Cooperation with other departments to ensure a smooth production process.
• Solution of smaller technical problems and active participation in process optimization.

We are looking for

• Complete vocational training, preferably in a technical or craft sector.
• Experience in operating machines in the production environment, ideally 0 to 3 years.
• Technical understanding and ability to monitor and optimize production processes.
• Physical resilience and sense of responsibility.
• Team-oriented work as well as reliable and precise working.
• Basic knowledge of German language and ability to understand technical instructions.
• willingness to shiftwork and flexibility in everyday work.
