Rheinmetall Landsysteme GmbH (RLS) is one of the world's leading providers of armoured chain and wheel vehicles, tower systems and ABC systems. Within Rheinmetall AG, it represents the Tactical Vehicles division and is responsible for sales, development, production and order and service processing.

Within the quality organization, the Team Warranty Management is a key position for RLS customers for the commercial and technical processing of warranty cases.

In this context, the warranty manager (m/w/d) controls the efficient testing and processing of warranty requests from national and international customers. He controls the processing of Rheinmetall-intern through the various departments, initiates necessary follow-up activities such as fault cause analyses, spare parts deliveries or supplier complaints and acts as a central contact person (m/w/d) for project management, quality and customer.

The activity is characterized by a high degree of variety of projects, exciting technical content in the national and international arms business, as well as a cross-sectional activity across almost all RLS departments. Completed engineering studies or completed technical training with further training to the technician/master (m/w/d) or comparable First professional experience in quality management, ideally in the vehicle or aviation industry Knowledge in handling SAP quality management module Very good German, as well as good English knowledge in word and writing Structured, result-oriented and independent working methods Standing for occasional missions
