Technischer Hausmeister / Haustechniker (m/w/d) – from €19.50/h in Schwarzheide

For our customers at the Schwarzheide site we are looking for an experienced technical master / house technician (m/w/d). Are you involved in technical or craft training, are you happy to work independently and have knowledge of maintenance and maintenance? A long-term commitment with regulated working hours and a compensation of €19.50 per hour awaits you.

♪ Your future task:

• Conducting regular functional and safety tests on fire protection doors
• Maintenance and technical assistance of doors, gates and barrier systems
• Mechanical and electrical repair work
• Support in the assembly and installation of electronic control and plant components
• Check of the supervised technical equipment for a proper operating condition
• Detection, limitation and elimination of technical disorders
• implementation of small repair measures under technical building management
• documentation of all tests, maintenance and repairs carried out
• Creation and maintenance of test and maintenance protocols
• Transfer of necessary documentation to the relevant contact persons
• coordination with the customer and other specialist areas on site
• Compliance with applicable safety, quality and testing requirements

Your profile for the technical master / house technician (m/w/d) – from 19.50 €/h:

• Completed technical or craft vocational training, for example as a company locker (m/w/d), industrial mechanic (m/w/d), electronics (m/w/d), electrical installer (m/w/d), mechatronic (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification
• Good technical understanding and craftsmanship
• Knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical maintenance and maintenance
• Experience in handling doors, gates or technical closing systems of advantage
• Qualification as a DGUV V3 tester desirable
• Training or qualification for maintenance of fire protection doors of advantage
• Self-employed and solution-oriented operation
• Excellent sense of responsibility and security

• Good knowledge of German in word and writing absolutely necessary
