Head of Technical Construction and Property Management (m/f/d)

Total responsibility for the technical construction, property and plant management of the entire residential property portfolio Technical and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the technical team (including construction manager, project manager, technician, object manager) Collection and implementation of maintenance, repair needs, modernisation potentials taking into account economic, technical and regulatory requirements Planning, control and monitoring of all technical measures such as maintenance, repairs, renovations and capex projects Budget responsibility for ongoing maintenance and planned capex measures incl. Cost control, forecasting and reporting award, control and control of external service providers (planners, construction companies, craft businesses) including contract and follow-up management Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements (including building, procurement, environmental and occupational safety law) and internal compliance guidelines Optimization and further development of technical processes, standards and guidelines for efficiency, quality and cost improvement Support for the ESG and sustainability strategy, in particular in the field of energy efficiency, CO2 reduction and technical building equipment Interface management of all internal and external stakeholders, e.g. for commercial property management, asset management, rental Technical reporting on the management of operational areas and strategic planning in management

Complete technical studies (e.g. civil engineering, architecture, facility management, industrial engineering) or comparable qualification Multiannual professional and management experience in technical property management or in companies for technical facility management Funded knowledge in the relevant technical structures (construction, TGA, extension) and in the construction and construction contract law (VOB, HOAI) Experience in controlling complex construction and renovation projects in the inhabited stock Embossed leadership, communication and enforcement strength combined with a structured, solution-oriented operation High economic competence and a pronounced sense of cost and quality Safe handling of common MS Office products and affinity in handling relevant ERP, CRM systems Strategic thinking, hand-on mentality and sense of responsibility
