As a partner manager (all genders), you build our partner ecosystem in a targeted manner and develop existing technology and business partnerships strategically. Together with internal teams and external partners, you ensure that our solutions are successfully positioned and scaled in the market.
Identification, acquisition and onboarding of strategic technology and business partners in line with the INFORM Go-to-Market strategy. Strategic development and sustainable development of existing technology and business partnerships. Joint development of business plans and implementation of co-selling and go-to-market initiatives to speed up deal cycles. Close cooperation with sales, marketing and product teams to ensure joint partner success. Completion of partners through training, tools and marketing campaigns for the successful positioning of INFORM solutions. Analysis and control of pipelines, sales and market influence as well as deriving growth and innovation potential.
Must-haves Completed studies in BWL, VWL, Economic Engineering, Engineering or a comparable field. Mind. 6 years of professional experience in partner management, in strategic alliances or in solution sales. Good understanding of FinTech, banking or payment technologies. Experience in the development of convincing Value Propositions and in advance of customer adoption. Representative stakeholder and negotiation competence. Safe handling of CRM systems, ideally MS Dynamics. Very good knowledge of German and English (min. C1); Other languages are advantageous. Nice to have Experience in Channel Sales. First experiences in the international environment are a plus.
