Employee in the administration team of the Clinic for Neuroradiological Diagnostics and Intervention (m/f/d)

Neuroradiology in the University Hospital Eppendorf is an independent clinic within the Centre for Radiology and Endoscopy, which works closely with neurology, neurosurgery, neuropaediatrics, neuropathology and also with ophthalmology, neck-needle-earth medicine and oral, jaw and facial surgery. The subject of our clinic includes imaging diagnostics by means of CT, MRT and Kathetherdiagnostics (angiography) and minimally invasive therapy of brain and spinal diseases, as well as its envelope and neighboring organs. The main focus here is the treatment of constrictions of narcotic and brain-beating veins as well as of aneurysms and malformations of the brain vessels. As an employee:in the team of the neuroradiological application, you are a link between doctor:inside and patient:inside. Your tasks include planning and designing an optimal treatment day for our patients: inside and the clinic team. The body shall be limited to 24 months in the form of a representation. General patient:internal administrative activities (e.g. taking and managing patients:internal data) Close cooperation / support of the existing team of neuroradiological registration in the coordination and organisation of the patient's procedures: internal care Pre- and post-processing of speaking hours Coordination and Planning of Investigation and OP Terminals Close cooperation with the secretariat of the head physician for vascular and interventional neuroradiology and takeover of patients: internal planning during his absence

Completed vocational training to / to MFA, administrative specialist:n or merchant:man for office management or equivalent skills and experience Good IT skills, very good knowledge of the German language, pronounced communication skills and friendliness in dealing with patients:inside Organisational skills, independent work Responsibility and team skills
