Enterprise Process Automation Specialist - Job Scheduling (m/f/d)

This is the task Together with internal teams and external service partners, you develop and operate the central Enterprise Job Scheduling platform and ensure a stable, secure and sustainable platform operation

You configure and optimize jobs, job chains, calendars, schedules and dependencies so that business-critical background processes can be performed reliably and transparently

In case of malfunctions, you analyze causes systematically and distinguish between platform, application, interface or process problems to quickly integrate the right teams

In close cooperation with the IT product areas, you develop robust scheduling concepts and accompany the integration of new applications and business processes into the enterprise process automation platform

You bring your expertise into changes, releases, migrations, and production-related adjustments and ensure that interruptions are reduced to a minimum

Together with the teams involved, you develop standards for job design, documentation, alarming and operating processes and support knowledge transfer within the international operating model

Your work helps to ensure availability, security, traceability and compliance and audit requirements for a business-critical platform

This convinces usYou have a successfully completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable IT training with corresponding professional experience

You have several years of experience in operation and further development of Enterprise Job Scheduling, Workload Automation or comparable automation platforms

Experience in the operation of business-critical IT platforms, as well as the ability to systematically analyze complex technical disorders and develop sustainable solutions

You have a good understanding of Linux/Unix and Windows environments as well as their interaction with applications, interfaces and infrastructure

With application teams, infrastructure, service management and external service providers, you work together in partnership and communicate technical relationships in a comprehensible and targeted manner
