You take responsibility for the financial controlling of an international business unit with several European locations and are the key player for local financial departments and management. As part of the Group Controlling, you support CFO and management in financial management – from P&L analyses to cash flow and working capital management to capex analyses and forecasts. You ensure meaningful and consistent reporting, consolidate monthly and quarterly financial reports and accompany budget and billing processes. In close coordination with the controlling team, you develop existing reporting and planning systems, implement best practice standards and allow data-based decisions. You advise international subsidiaries in controlling questions, conduct key figures, train financial teams on site and act as a business partner at eye level with those responsible for the locations. In addition, you will create management presentations and support the Executive Board in strategic projects – always with a view to performance, transparency and further development.
Complete studies of economics or a comparable degree with a focus on finance/controlling. Multiannual experience in Group or Group Controlling, ideally in an industrial environment or in internationally established companies. Safe handling of Excel and experience with BI/reporting tools. Embossed analytical understanding and joy in structuring multi-layered topics, questioning and presenting them in a comprehensible way. Convincing communication skills – you can communicate financial relationships both professionally and at management level. Very good knowledge of German and English. Independent, proactive way of working, hand-on mentality and desire to design structures and work internationally.
