Sales Manager - Sales / New Customers / Negotiation (m/f/d)

Today, the family business in Germany, founded in the field of bioeconomy, employs over 760 employees at 16 locations - a global network of regionally rooted experts.

We are specialists in calenders, shoe presses and roller cutters. In addition to international sales, tailor-made construction, automation and procurement, our site also has established final assembly and quality control for this high-tech machine. You are responsible for the distribution of our paper technology solutions and are developing your sales area strategically to ensure sustainable growth. You build long-term and trusted relationships with existing customers and gain new customers in the national and international market through their expertise. In close cooperation with the technology, you analyze customer requirements and design precise technological designs for paper and cardboard machine components. You control the entire sales process from the commercial and technical development of the offers through the convincing product presentation to the conclusion of the contract. You conduct independently demanding price and contract negotiations and bring them to a successful conclusion.

You have successfully completed an engineering study, for example in the field of paper technology. Ideally, you are already bringing first professional experience in technical sales or in the paper industry. You convince with negotiation skills, a structured way of working and the ability to inspire customers. As a strong team player, you are happy to work closely with colleagues and customers. You communicate safely in German and English and bring the necessary readiness to travel.
