Technical advice and support of day care facilities and institutions in educational, conceptual and structural issues Support for the implementation of the legal foundations, in particular the Children's and Youth Assistance Act (SGB VIII) and the Children's Day Funding Act Schleswig-Holstein (KiTaG SH) Advice on the implementation of the educational guidelines of the state of Schleswig-Holstein Quality assurance and development in the facilities, including monitoring of evaluation and design processes Consultation and support of staff management, team development and organisational development Support of change processes and moderation of team meetings and working groups Special support in the field of child protection according to § 8a SGB VIII Planning, organisation and implementation of training courses, technical days and workshops Promoting cooperation between institutions, kitas, youth offices and other network partners Participation in regional and national specialist bodies Documentation, reporting and expert opinions
