Education Manager Academy (m/f/d)

Our in-house academy is responsible for the training and training of our approximately 18,000 asset advisors. To support the academy, we are now looking for an educational manager (m/w/d) for our academy (training and further education sales).

Planning educational events You plan and organize educational events from training to competence-based training courses. Developing training formats You actively participate in the design and development of events and in the design of modern educational media. Product responsibility As a product manager, you take on the holistic responsibility for defined processes and educational services at a time. Specialist departments consult You are contact persons for specialist departments and lecturers and advise on the planning, implementation and quality assurance of educational events. Improve processes & support projects You are involved in projects and in the continuous optimization of the processes in the field of education and training.

Qualifications You have a pedagogical, psychological or economic or social degree (focus on human resources development). As an alternative to training as a merchant for insurance and finance or a comparable commercial qualification. Experience in education You bring practical experience from an in-house academy or from a free educational provider. Holistic understanding of education You look at educational processes comprehensively and are happy to work on conception, participant management and the development of suitable learning media. Design joy You drive forward new topics motivated and take responsibility in various projects. Team skills & service orientation You have a strong collaborative capability and a strong service and customer orientation.
