Medical advisor for the expert panel for medical liability issues (m/f/d)

The Department of Medical Liability at the Bayerische Landesärztekammer has been active in the field of extrajudicial dispute settlement for 50 years. Patients are contacted to the review body to obtain a cumulative opinion on whether medical treatment has been carried out professionally. At its request, the review body shall, as a neutral third party, address the question whether the doctor or the doctor is liable in a favourable opinion. The assessment body consists of a Commission which prepares these opinions and an administration. We are looking for 1 September 2026 Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Full-time or part-time (at least 30 hours/week)

Technical coordination of medical pre-examination (completeness of assessment documents) including support in day-to-day operations Medical advice on legal management and business staff Inspection and processing of complex patient requests Compilation of annual reports and annual federal statistics Coordination and professional preparation of medical publications Support for the management of the department in the medical and technical assessment of external expert opinions under the audit
