Leadership: You take the technical leadership for two employees and the disciplinary responsibility for 80 trainees and dual students End-to-end management: support for the entire training cycle at the central locations Wermelskirchen and Cologne – from recruiting to takeover Design: The further development of our training and trainee programs is in your hands Optimization: Digitization and continuous improvement of training processes Knowledge transfer: Conception and moderation of workshops and training for trainees and training officers Cooperation: Confidential exchange with the youth and trainee representation and the works councils Promoting young people: Responsibility and further development of the offer for pupil internships Budget responsibility: Planning and management of the budget for the field of education and dual studies Design: Development of compensation structures and benefits for young talent Personal Marketing: You are working on the development of employer-branding campaigns for our junior programs

Education: A successfully completed study of economics forms your basis Experience: You bring several years of professional experience in operational staff work or in the care of trainees Structure: A strong ability to structure concepts and processes and continuously improve Language skills: Your German and English skills are in B2 level Competence: Your communication and consulting skills as well as your enforcing skills characterize you Personality: High empathy and the ability to inspire others, complete your profile
