Knowledge: Submitting basic and subject-specific content in the field of overhead line installations, practical and comprehensible Practice: Target group-oriented, practical and inspiring knowledge transfer with a view to individual learning needs Implementation: Ensure that training plans are implemented consistently and that training standards are complied with Onboarding: introduction of trainees into the respective area, department or column and forms of a practical training environment at work Planning: Participation in the creation of operational training plans to ensure a structured and targeted training

Qualification: Complete vocational training in the field of electrical engineering or metal, e.g. as mechatronics (m/w/d), electronics (m/w/d), locksmith (m/w/d) or freelance (m/w/d) Occupational experience: Insufficient professional experience in work on overhead systems Training certificate: AEVO training certificate (IHK) or the willingness to acquire this timely Enthusiasm: commitment, empathy and enforcement, as well as affinity on the topic of digitalization Responsibility: take over responsibility as a model, promotion and motivation of trainees, as well as course participants and willingness to occasional missions
