Our customer is an established industrial company in the field steel processing and manufacturing more technically demanding Wire products. WE BEEPS

• Attractive and over-tariff compensation between €17.50 and € 19.00 per hour on the basis of the DGB tariff agreement and shift supplements (25 % for night work, 50 % for Sunday work and 100% for holiday work)
• Adjusted working hours in full-conti shift system with early shift (06:00 a.m. – 14:00 a.m.), late shift (14:00 a.m. – 22:00 p.m.) and Night shift (22:00 – 06:00) in a 4-shift model with as a rule, seven consecutive working days and then three free days

REQUIREMENTS

• preparation, installation, operation and monitoring Production plants and machinery in the field of metal processing according to the specified manufacturing and quality standards
• Monitoring of ongoing production processes and control relevant machine and process parameters to ensure a trouble-free plant operation
• implementation of set-up, conversion and adjustment work on the Production plants according to the respective manufacturing requirements
• collection, documentation and maintenance of production, quality and process data according to operational requirements
• Maintenance, cleaning and care Ensuring plant availability and proper Production sequence
• Execution of minor expectations and support in scheduled maintenance, repair and maintenance
• recognition and reporting of faults or process deviations; and Participation in analysis and troubleshooting
• labelling, provision and internal transport of Materials, semi-finished products and finished products using Crane systems and industrial trucks
• implementation of quality controls and inspections Ensuring compliance with predetermined quality requirements
• compliance with applicable quality, safety and safety regulations and safeguarding order and Cleanliness in the working area

PROFIL

• completed professional and technical training, e.g. as a machine and plant leader (m/w/d), specialist for metal technology (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification, of advantage
• Alternative relevant professional experience as a machine operator (m/w/d), Machine and Plant Manager (m/w/d), Production Representative (m/w/d) or in a comparable industrial activity Production environment
• Good technical understanding and experience in dealing with Production plants are desirable
• forklift and crane license are advantageous; alternatively, the willingness to acquire the appropriate qualifications
• readiness to work in the full-conti layer system and necessary flexibility for changing working hours
