Purchasing for research and development services (MP/OR) In our MP/OR department we provide all services for research and development. Here you can experience both aspects - cost optimization and innovation - close to the skin. You will gain insights into the complete range of vehicle development – from highly efficient, innovative drives (electromotors, batteries, internal combustion engines, ...) to raw construction, interior, exterior, infotainment and vehicle development. You will encounter current and exciting topics such as digitalization, e-mobility and autonomous driving. In addition to working on important shopping projects, you will work on an independent project that you are responsible for. This can be, for example, the design and testing of negotiation designs (e.g. OBE - Online Bidding Event), the investigation and development of AI potentials to increase our purchasing efficiency or even an independent project work. Our goal is that you can learn a lot for your future, such as designing and handling important shopping projects, the desire to negotiate, working in the international environment, dealing with challenges and much more. In the following exciting tasks, you have the opportunity to support and take responsibility: Joint planning and implementation of the award process in coordination with the departments

Creation of complex negotiation designs and strategies as well as insight and implementation of shopping negotiations

Preparing regional and global procurement projects through cooperation with the fields of development

Insight into the world's material-group-specific target planning and achievement

Developing supplier strategies and optimizing supplier structures

Creation of purchases and orders as well as design of purchase contracts

Responsible handling of a project to increase purchasing efficiency
