For the organization unit CX-Management we are looking for the next possible appointment for the Hanover, Münster or Frankfurt am Main site CX-Researcher (m/w/d).

Our mission is to design and develop applications that inspire our customers. Together, we ensure the consistent orientation of our application development to the needs of the people You ultimately use.

Development of research plans, selection of suitable methods (e.g. interviews, focus groups, online surveys, usability tests) and independent moderation and execution of tests. Implementation of qualitative methods (interviews, focus groups, co-creation workshops, etc.) and quantitative methods (online surveys, benchmark analyses, etc.) incl. Preparation and evaluation of the results deriving concrete recommendations for action, creating results presentations and presenting them before interdisciplinary project teams to control design and concept decisions. Close coordination with CX design, as well as specialist areas, product and development teams to link research goals with strategic project objectives. Introduction, development and maintenance of a method library as well as continuous expansion of this around new research tools and techniques, in particular in the context of artificial intelligence and (partial)automated usability tests. Design and moderation of co-creation workshops to actively integrate user perspectives into the development process. Creation of structured reports, presentations and user journey maps for internal and external stakeholders.

Completed studies in a user, behavioral or social science subject (e.g. human-computer interaction, interaction design, psychology, or comparable) Mind. 2-3 years of professional experience in UX/CX research, with focus on mobile and desktop applications Safe application of qualitative and quantitative research methods as well as common research and visualization tools Embossed analytical skills to translate complex findings into clear, feasible action recommendations Strong communication and moderation competence, to present results and conduct workshops with different stakeholders Experience in interdisciplinary cooperation and openness for new technologies and AI-based methods in research Self-employed, structured working methods, team orientation and willingness to participate in occasional business trips
