Guides & lead: In your function, you will lead the team of technicians and mechatronics professionals to ensure that all their tasks can be done efficiently. You motivate and support employees in their professional development. Secure & manage: You ensure compliance with work protection and environmental protection regulations in the workshop, perform regular safety instructions and update risk assessments. The proper disposal of waste and hazardous substances is your responsibility. Optimize & Check: You analyze and optimize workflows and processes to continuously increase the efficiency and quality of work. Your own responsibility is to check the quality of the repair and maintenance work, so that all vehicles are on the streets of Cologne in perfect condition. Organize: You plan and monitor the budget, coordinate the staff work and organize cooperation with other departments. Spare parts orders and management as well as the maintenance of master data in Maximo are also part of your responsibility.

Qualification: You have filed the Kfz Master's examination and can demonstrate several years of professional experience in the field of automotive technology, electronics and electrical engineering. Expertise & know-how: You have well-founded expertise to carry out repair and maintenance work on buses or commercial vehicles and trucks, including electronic control units. Leadership experience and the ability to motivate and train employees complete your profile. Flexibility & mobility: You have the license of class B; ideally also CE and D or you want to purchase it. Personality & working methods: You are characterized by an independent, reliable and resilient way of working and your communicative skills as well as your team skills.
