Technical background: Complete training in bakery crafts, commerce, catering or food craft, ideally complemented by experience in sales Experience: Practice in performing training, coaching and employee development Occurrence & leadership: Secure appearance, enthusiasm and ability to take teams and motivate them Close to practice: joy of participation in everyday life, readiness to travel, and communication of content with a clear reference to practice Working & attitude: organizational talent, sense of responsibility and positive, motivating radiation Communication: Very good knowledge of German as well as a clear, comprehensible and value-aware communication of content
