Project Management Operational Energy Transition (m/f/d)

With your daily work, you can actively advance the energy transition in Stuttgart and make a measurable contribution to climate protection As a contractor's representative*in, you will conduct projects of various sizes to exchange fossil heating systems against future heat pump, district heating or quartering solutions You commission, monitor and control the engineering offices and installation companies required for design, planning, tendering, implementation and commissioning For selected projects, you create independent functional tenders, evaluate in-depth offers in a technical and economic way, develop award recommendations and take over the construction monitoring until the successful project conclusion With a proactive coordination of the diverse interfaces to the internal and external project participants, you can ensure successful project realization For your projects, you are responsible for the timely, economical and technically successful implementation and are thus implementing affordable climate protection for the SWSG and its tenants

Successfully completed studies in the fields of building, energy or utility technology, technology management, civil engineering or architecture. Alternatively, Master/Techniker SHK or a comparable qualification with a high practical reference Experience in project management and/or specialist planning, ideally in the field of TGA, energy efficiency/energy building management Funded knowledge in the field of heating technology and heat pumps are advantageous Embossed Hands-on-Mentality, Organizational and Joy in Project Management High self-initiative and independent and structured work Negotiating skills and enforcing skills, especially in dealing with crafts and planning firms Communication strength and social competence
