Team Leader Project Controlling (m/f/d)

Construction and further development of a company-wide project controller. Creation and validation of business cases as well as continuous analysis and survey of project assumptions. Monitoring and control of ongoing projects including Risk assessment, initiation of countermeasures and further development of risk management methods. Development and implementation of a cross-project controlling system for managing costs, dates, risks and resources. Introduction and seizure of a uniform project controlling dashboard including escalation and decision mechanisms. Control and development of budget planning, forecasts and deviation analyses at programme level. Disclosure and communication of recommendations for management and management. Close cooperation with Project Management Office, project management and central functions (e.g. SCM, IT, Purchasing, Sales, Finance). Preparation and presentation of decision bases in Steering Committees and Management meetings. Continuous optimization and standardization of project controlling processes and reporting structures. Construction, professional leadership and further development of the project controlling team (perspectively up to 3 employees). Further development of the reporting and system landscape (ERP, BI tools) as well as ensuring high data quality.

Complete studies in the field of business management, industrial engineering or comparable training. At least 7 years of professional experience in project controlling, ideally in complex project or program structures. leadership experience or detectable experience in the professional control of teams of advantage. Very good knowledge of project management (e.g. Stage-Gate, V-Modell, APQP). Funded expertise in budget planning, forecasting, the creation and development of business cases, investment and economic analysis. Experience in controlling complex projects with high dynamics and variety of variants. Embossed analytical skills as well as experience in KPI definition, data modeling and interpretation. Ability to derive clear recommendations from complex data and prepare management decisions. Very good knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP CO) and safe handling of project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Jira, Planisware). Very good Excel and also like BI identifiers (e.g. Power BI, Qlik, PowerQuery). Experience with process optimization methods (e.g. Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma). Sovereign occurrence as well as pronounced communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Enforcement combined with diplomatic skill. Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation. Ability to think strategically and be operational at the same time.
