HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

As HR Business Partner (m/w/d), you are the first contact person for executives of a defined field of support. You accompany them along all personal topics – with a focus on advice and control. In doing so, you stand for efficient and service-oriented operational HR support and help sustainably promote the quality and scalability of our HR services. Own support and advice of managers on all HR topics along the entire employee lifecycle (e.g. performance management & development dialogues, remuneration topics, on-boarding and off-boarding, talent and personnel development measures) You ensure compliance with labour law requirements and support conflict resolutions You work closely with all relevant HR interfaces (Center of Expertise) You are active in implementing the human resources strategy and designing modern HR processes with

You are strong in communication, are happy to advise at eye level and want to actively participate in developing HR as a business enabler.

A completed study or commercial training with a focus on HR or multiannual experience as HR Business Partner Funded knowledge of labour law and security in handling HR processes and tools Experience in advising executives as well as high competence in communication, cooperation and stakeholder management Analytical thinking, structured working and joy in data-based decisions Very good knowledge of German and English as well as high service orientation
