Team Leader Sales Fish (m/f/d)

As a team leader (m/w/d) in the sale of fish, together with the department manager, you will ensure a smooth running of all processes in the department. You represent the department management in their absence and ensure that our customers are always well-maintained.

• Representation: You support and represent the department management in the management of the department, e.g. in personnel deployment planning, thereby ensuring high-quality customer service • Customer service: You convince our customers from the gastronomy by providing competent advice and accommodating service around the product range Fish • Commodity: You support your colleagues in ensuring the flow of goods and implementing the presentation of goods • Quality assurance: Our customers can rely on the availability of fresh and high quality products, as You ensure compliance with statutory and internal quality assurance requirements (e.g. HACCP)

(m/w/d), retailer (m/w/d) or cook (m/w/d) Experiences and knowledge: At best you have first experiences in trade, passion for meat and safe handling of MS-Office Customer orientation: Your pleasure in dealing with people and your enthusiasm for trade contribute to our customers always being satisfied with our service Organizer: You act responsibly and keep an overview in stress situations
