You take responsibility for a central area of the technical service and, together with your team, ensure the highest quality, service and regulatory standards in individual approval. In a key role between operational excellence, leadership and strategic development, you actively shape the future capability of the technical service. Technical and operational responsibility for the field of technical service Individual approval and ensuring a smooth daily business Leadership, development and motivation of the associated speakers (m/w/d) with the aim of a powerful, service-oriented cooperation Ensuring high availability and reliability in partner and customer contact, in particular in the operating hotline and service environment Own-responsible implementation of quality discussions with the signatures of the technical service Technical service management support in the preservation and further development of the designation by highest quality standards in individual authorisation Responsibility for ensuring, developing and consistent implementation of the quality management system for the proper, uniform and law-compliant implementation of individual authorisation assessments Active participation of regulatory, technical and legal developments in the field of individual authorisation by cooperation in relevant authorities, advisory and cross-competitive bodies Monitoring regulatory, technical and market developments and support in the strategic orientation of the technical service to ensure long-term competitiveness Representative of the GTÜ in exchange with partners, internal interfaces and relevant professional bodies Active development of processes, structures and quality standards for customer-oriented and high-quality tasks

Individual approval, ideally as a signatory (USB) of officially recognised expert (aaaS) or officially recognised expert with partial powers (aaSmT) Multiannual professional experience in the relevant technical environment and ideal leadership experience Joy in leadership, development and motivation of employees Entrepreneurial thinking, high responsibilities and strong self-initiative, commitment and enforcement Structured, quality-oriented and solution-oriented operation also in a dynamic operating environment Impressed communication strength, partner orientation and sovereign occurrence in technical coordination readiness to travel and presence in exchange with partners, authorities, bodies and relevant interfaces Motivation to actively shape the future of the technical service and take responsibility in a challenging environment
