(Senior) Systemadministrator Microsoft Infrastructure Cloud / Security (m/f/d)

Based on the infrastructure operated by our Team Microsoft Core Infrastructure (MCI), our colleagues from all business sectors work together every day. The basic elements of the core infrastructure include, for example, the Entra ID / Active Directory for managing identities and access rights as well as the virtualization of the platform under Hyper-V. As a member of our team, you are responsible for the operational, secure and highly available operation of Microsoft Core Services both on-premises and Azure Cloud. Their core tasks are in the following areas: You are responsible for the design, implementation, documentation and operation of existing and new infrastructure solutions in the Microsoft environment with a focus on information security. You are the competent contact person for all questions concerning Azure Cloud Services and Entra ID. Support the integration of existing systems as well as the implementation of new solutions, and advise our internal stakeholders on the Windows server infrastructure. You bring your expertise to the interpretation, tracking and resolution of security messages from surveillance and security systems as well as the results from security analyses. You develop our security infrastructure based on both the Microsoft Defender Suite On-Premises and the Cloud. You engage in team-wide project work with focus on Microsoft on-premises and cloud infrastructures.

You have well-founded knowledge in the area of Microsoft Entra ID (former Azure AD) and Active Directory and are well familiar with modern security and identity solutions. Their focus is on protecting and managing identities in hybrid and cloud-based environments. Your qualifications at a glance: You have a deep understanding of Entra ID, in particular with regard to cloud applications, hybrid identity models and modern authentication methods. You safely implement Conditional Access Policies and Zero Trust principles and have experience in the integration of Enterprise Applications, including single-Sign-On (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA) configuration. You have a well-founded knowledge of Microsoft Defender products such as Defender for Endpoint Service, Identity and Cloud Apps and can actively support both operational and implementation and interface development. You are able to strategically develop cloud security architectures and ensure their operational implementation. You are characterized by a structured, independent way of working with high problem-solving competence. You also convince by your team-oriented and service-oriented appearance with a high level of customer focus. You complete your profile with very good German and good English skills in word and writing.
