We are looking for a dedicated Head of Design / Product Development (m/w/d) at the Zwiesel site.

You lead and develop our design team and create an environment in which ideas are created and implemented. You are responsible for the development of innovative packaging solutions – from the first idea to patterns to successful customer implementation. As a central business partner (m/w/d), you work closely with sales and production and actively accompany customer appointments, workshops and development projects. You control projects holistically and make sure that solutions are implemented technically feasible, economically efficient and on time. You drive innovation forward, develop existing products and bring new ideas into practice successfully. You opt for processes, structures and standards in the design and CAD environment and ensure smooth processes along the interfaces.

You have a technical training or study – ideally in the field of packaging technology. You bring professional experience and you want to develop. In the packaging industry, you know and want to introduce your know-how. With modern CAD technology you work safely and enjoyably. You take responsibility – whether with leadership experience or the next step there. MS Office is not a problem for you everyday and English. You are team-ready and have fun sharing with customers. You think, find good solutions and work structured.
