Head of the Security Organisation at the Emden site and Representation of Group Security Implementation and maintenance of technical, organisational and personal protective measures for classified information values and responsibility for the protection of critical and sensitive information and enterprise values, including their continuous improvement Cooperation with IT-Security, CISO, Head of Corporate Security and Security Managers of other TKMS locations Coordination of service providers, subcontractors, authorities, customer representatives: Support in carrying out audits, emergency exercises and employee training

Complete technical or university studies as well as multiannual experience in the field of corporate security or security management, including verifiable professional leadership experience Knowledge of physical security, information security and crisis management as well as reliable English knowledge of word and writing Very good MS Office knowledge and sound knowledge of relevant standards and laws to protect sensitive customer information and critical infrastructure Embossed communication, conflict and intercultural skills, high organizational skills, enforcement ability, self-initiative, high social competence and pronounced leadership qualities Willingness to travel and to take part in further education and training
