Test Manager (f/m/x) Sales & Service CRM

As a Test Manager (f/m/x) Sales & Service CRM, you will ensure the quality and compliance of our CRM solutions across Sales and Service at Sysmex Europe. Your key responsibilities include: Defining and managing comprehensive test strategies and test plans aligned with DevOps workflows and project Designing, reviewing, and maintaining high-quality test cases for functional, nonfunctional, integration, and regression testing Coordinating and monitoring test execution, including defect identification, documentation, tracking, and reporting of test results Collaborating close with development, product, and operations teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines Driving continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, automation approaches, and quality metrics Supporting Computer System Validation (CSV) activities in accordance with ISO 13485, including risk-based validation planning, documentation, evidence collection, and audit readiness Contributing to the design of Sales and Service Processes and supporting user story creation and software bug management Leading or supporting ad-hoc projects related to CRM quality assurance and system enhancements
