Installation, integration and administration of hardware and software in the client server, virtualization and hybrid cloud environment

Patch and configuration management as well as operation and monitoring of the systems used to ensure availability and usability

Processing of incidents and problems as well as support in ongoing IT operations

Cooperation in IT projects and continuous development of existing infrastructure systems

Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and infrastructure and CMDB systems

Close cooperation with application management, support in security management and take on call readiness

Completed IT training (e.g. specialist (m|w|d) system integration) or a comparable qualification

Funded administration skills in Windows and Linux environments as well as basic experience in database administration

Experience in the administration of hybrid IT infrastructures (on-premises and cloud, e.g. Microsoft Azure, AWS) and Microsoft 365 (in particular SharePoint)

Safe handling of service management and documentation tools such as Jira, Confluence and i-doit (CMDB)

Knowledge of the administration of telephone systems and IT service management

Knowledge of German in Word and Writing
