Accounting & Human Resources Clerk (m/f/d)

You take over the entire accounting of the company independently and are responsible for all related commercial processes. Self-fulfilment of ongoing financial accounting Accounting of all transactions Examination, confirmation and booking of input and output invoices Debitor, creditor and asset accounting Monitoring of payment and reminding Account determination and maintenance data Preparation and support for monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Cooperation with the tax advisor Preparation of evaluations and statistics for management Ensuring structured, fair and comprehensible accounting Analysis of existing processes and introduction of structures to bring order and transparency into account Management and maintenance of personal files Creation of work contracts, certificates and other personnel documents Preparation of wage and salary billing Support for applicant management Management of proofs of leave, illness and working time Communication with authorities, health insurance companies and external service providers

Closed commercial training, ideally focusing on accounting or human resources At least 2 years of professional experience in accounting and human resources Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office Self-employed, structured and careful working High level of initiative and sense of responsibility Loadability and organizational skills Ability to keep an overview even in a dynamic environment You do not hesitate to question existing structures and bring order into a current accounting area Very good knowledge of DATEV is mandatory Embossed numerical understanding and analytical thinking
