In the role of Retail Media Sales Manager (m/w/d), you actively develop our retail media business: You win new brands and suppliers, build existing partnerships and advance sustainable advertising budgets and sales on schuhe.de, sport2000.de and absolute-teamsport.com. Together with your contacts:inside, you design action-oriented campaign packages – from the media plan to KPI target images and flight to asset and targeting logic – and run the sales process end-to-end (acquisition, consulting, offering, completion, expansion). You develop campaigns with the customer (concept/planning), guide the result review and the next steps and transfer the operational implementation (setup/monitoring/optimization) to the content team. You work within a clearly defined go-to-market, portfolio/package and price system. Strategic topics, group-wide voting and the further development of portfolio/package and pricing systems are anchored to the team management. Below we describe the tasks and requirements of the position: Sales as a focus Active distribution of retail media and digital advertising formats (including Sponsored Product Ads, Display, Newsletter, Social, Paid Search/Google) Systematic pipeline construction including cold acquisition (telephone, e-mail, LinkedIn), lead qualification and consistent follow-up performing customer appointments, pitches and presentations; solution-oriented advice incl. Campaign conception (targets, placement/format mix, targeting approach, budget and timing logic) Creation of offers and media plans based on the existing portfolio/package and price logic (Ratecard) incl. KPI target image; Negotiation and conclusion Expansion of existing customers including joint annual/season planning at campaign level (upsell/cross-sell, reactivation) and care of long-term relationships Customer control, cooperation Control of internal implementation via campaign briefing and handover (targets/KPIs, budget etc.) incl.
