Close support of our managing director in day-to-day business as well as organisational and strategic topics structuring, coordination and prioritization of appointments, topics and procedures in the context of management Preparation of meetings, presentations and decision bases in consultation with the assistance team Organisation, monitoring and follow-up of meetings of management, committee meetings and voting including protocol management Interface between management, departments and external partners Independently editing selected topics and projects as well as support for cross-disciplinary issues

Completed studies or comparable commercial training Multiannual professional experience in an assistance function, ideally in the context of management or management, possibly in a management function Very good organizational skills and a structured and predictive way of working Embossed communication skills, sovereignty and professional appearance Ability to permeate, commemorate and support management as a reliable and honest Sparring partner High discretion, sense of responsibility and reliability Pleasure to advance themes together with the assistance team and to provide guidance High motivation to develop and take over additional responsibility in AWIGO
