As the central contact person and project manager, you will be responsible for service support (incident and problem management) for customers worldwide located in the air traffic control and airport sector Within the framework of the respective service contracts, you are responsible for excellent after-sales support and the associated customer satisfaction Together with the experts in our specialist departments, you will ensure that faults in existing customer systems are involved and rectified in a timely manner In your role service manager, you will advise our customers on technical matters and support our specialist departments with possible extensions to customer system

You understand business contexts and have a good technical understanding of IT products You ideally have completed IT-related vocational training or a comparable degree and have several years of practical experience in maintenance processes You have a basic understanding of what happens Experience in sales / pre-sales / after-market sales is an advantage Customer-friendliness and a solution-oriented approach are a matter of course for you You have a very good command of written and spoken English, additional foreign language skills such as Spanish or French are advantage The willingness to travel for occasional worldwide customer visits rounds off your profile
