Customer advice & support: You are contact for our existing customers and help them with questions about their private health insurance (PKV) – digital and service-oriented Service instead of sale: We do not need to purchase new customers. You process in-depth enquiries and make sure that our customers receive the best possible advice and support for their existing contracts. Customize and accompany contracts: You support our customers to check and adapt their existing health insurance policies, step by step with clear incorporation Configuring & Learning: You bring your ideas to improve our customer service processes, and you can also develop professionally and personally Focus on PKV: With us you focus entirely on private health insurance and develop step by step to the PKV expert

Your start to work: You have completed your training in the insurance sector (e.g. Kaufmann/-frau für Versicherungen und Finance, Versicherungskaufmann/-frau, Versicherungsfachmann/-frau) Fresh from training or already first practical experience? Both fit with us – experience after training is welcome, but no requirement Customer-oriented & communicative: You like to phone, stay confident and friendly, even if it gets hectic Curious & motivated: You want to learn, develop and get to know new topics (e.g. digitalization, AI).
