Organisation and coordination of meeting rooms Management of bookings and possible cancellations Implementation of control procedures in the house Wake-up service for guests and taxi reservations Examination and processing of incoming invoices reception and support of hotel guests including key assignment

Complete training in the hotel or gastronomy sector or a comparable commercial qualification Safe handling of MS Office programs Good English knowledge of word and writing High level of service orientation, organizational talent and professional appearance Teamability combined with a structured and independent way of working
