Business Analyst – Asset Management: BI & Data Science * (m/f/d)

You are central contact* for the technical and technical processes around (customer) reporting solutions in asset management. You are responsible for the strategic and operational development of our (customer)reporting solutions in close coordination with the department. You analyse existing business processes and business requirements and design innovative, data-based solutions. You independently create documentation (e.g. in the form of user stories or process diagrams) and thus form the binding basis for the implementation. You accompany the demand conversion from the analysis phase to the realization and control the prioritization within the reporting roadmap. You coordinate tests of supervised business services and applications and moderate workshops in coordination with stakeholders. You work in an agile domain team together with developers and application managers and act as a link between business and IT.

You have a completed university degree in economics, business informatics or a comparable discipline and have several years of professional and project experience in the financial sector (e.g. asset management, KVG, banking) or consulting; ideally, you have already worked as a business analyst or in the fields of BI, reporting or data analytics. You have a well-founded knowledge of data modeling, dealing with databases (ideally Oracle SQL) and BI tools (e.g. Power BI, SAP BO) as well as using Python, complemented by first practical experience in the field of AI. You bring well-founded experience in agile cooperation (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) and understand how to control requirements in an agile environment. Ideally, You bring a safe handling of common performance allocation methods and an understanding of risk indicators as well as knowledge in process modeling (e.g. BPMN 2.0). You are ambitious and are entitled to develop and grow beyond themselves. You speak and write very good German and English.
