Your tasks: Analysis and Optimization of Processes You analyze existing business processes, identify potential improvements and develop practical solutions.

Development of the banking organization You shape processes and processes in accordance with the Atruvia operating model and contribute to the further development of a sustainable organization.

Implementation in the system environment agree21 You translate technical requirements into structured processes and implement them independently in the system.

Project work and coordination You actively work in projects and take responsibility for partial tasks or work packages.

Interface management You agree closely with specialist areas, IT and external partners and ensure smooth cooperation.

Regulatorics and quality assurance You make sure that processes are designed both efficiently and regulatoryly correctly.

Your profile: You have a completed commercial training or a study – ideally in the banking environment. You bring well-founded experience in process management within a bank. You have practical knowledge in the context of Atruvia or agree21 and understand the system-related relationships. You are familiar with methods of process modeling according to BPMN 2.0 and with tools such as ADONIS or similar. You have experience in project management or project coordination. You work structured, independent and develop solution-oriented approaches. You communicate clearly, work in the team and take responsibility.
